How Points Are Used

UTEP season tickets, parking permits, away game, postseason, and CUSA Championship game tickets are allocated based on priority point ranking. The UTEP Miner Athletic Club calculates priority points through philanthropic, ticket, and lifetime commitments to allocate tickets, parking and other benefits.

How to Earn Points

Priority points are awarded on every dollar of support to the UTEP Atheltics Scholarship Fund, Sports Specific Funds and NIL/University Designations. Bonus points are also awarded to Varsity Athletics Letter Winners, and Consecutive Years of Season Tickets & Scholarship Fund contributions.

1 Point Per Season Ticket Purchased
Each season ticket purchased in the sport of football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball, volleyball, and/or soccer will be awarded 1 point per every season ticket purchased

2 Points Sport Specific Giving (Per $100)

2 Points NIL/University Giving Contributions (Per $100)
Donors who have given to the Goldmine Collective or University Initiatives are awarded 2 points for every $100 given

3 Points MAC Philanthropic Giving (Per $100)
This includes dollars given through non-seat-related donations, endowments, capital projects, and sport specific giving.  For every $100 donated, 3 points are awarded.

20 Points UTEP Varsity Athletics Letterwinner
Recognizing their contributions to UTEP Athletics, former UTEP student-athletes will automatically receive a one-time award of 20 points

Earn Points Based Off Your Existing Membership

10 Points Each Consecutive Year of Season Tickets Purchased (Per Sport) (*until non-renewal)
Season ticket holders will receive a one-time deposit of 10 points per season ticketed sport.  If season tickets to a specific sport are not renewed, the 10 point deposit will be forfeited in conjunction with the unrenewed tickets.

10 Points Each Consecutive Year of Giving to the MAC (*until non-renewal)
MAC donors will receive a one-time deposit of 10 points.  These 10 points will roll over to the following year if the donor continues a minimum philanthropic donation of $100.  Should an individual seize their giving, the 10 point deposit will be forfeited
